To enter:

• Android: Hold power > Tap and hold “Power Off” > Tap “Safe Mode”
• iPhone: No true safe mode, but use Recovery Mode if needed

• Go to Settings > Apps
• Tap and uninstall
• Scan with antivirus after

If the app won’t uninstall, boot into Safe Mode and try again.
